If you already have some massage therapy experience, our professional massage training course will help you enhance your skills with new methods and techniques. You’ll learn both structured massage sequences and how to develop your own techniques under the guidance of your instructor.?
In just three weeks, we train our students in a variety of techniques, beginning with the fundamentals of Swedish and Ayurvedic massage. Deep tissue and hot stone massage techniques are built on the foundation of Swedish and Ayurvedic massage, which provide the core principles for these advanced styles.?
Throughout the course, you’ll learn how to perform massages safely and effectively for people of different body types, ages, and health conditions. We’ll also teach you about massage timing — for example, how to complete a full-body massage in 1 hour, 90 minutes, or 2 hours — as well as how to properly set up and clean the massage room before and after each session.
