Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training curriculum is thoughtfully designed to meet Yoga Alliance standards while preserving the timeless wisdom of traditional yoga schools and the teachings of legendary sages. We believe that clarity is essential for effective learning, so every subject is clearly outlined, detailing what is taught and how. From theory to practice, our goal is to provide students with a deep understanding of every element of their training. Explore the art of movement, breath, and balance while learning to integrate yoga into daily life. During this course, you will practice four different types of yoga, all rooted in the principles of Hatha Yoga. Below are the Yoga Styles and Practices that You'll Learn with Us:
Hatha is the foundation of all other yoga styles, the root from which every practice grows. Begin with beginner-level Hatha to build a strong foundation, then progress to intermediate levels. Once you have mastered Hatha, you can easily explore other types of yoga, using it as your base for deeper practice.
Our Beginner Yoga classes are designed for everyone. You will start with basic exercises and simple, relaxing poses to build a strong foundation for your practice. Under the guidance of our experienced teachers, you will also learn how to practice and teach yoga for beginners effectively.
Gentle and deeply relaxing, restorative yoga relieves stress and stiffness. Starting with these soothing sessions, you'll cultivate mindfulness, subtle alignment, and breath awareness before progressing to more vigorous styles. Learn restorative yoga under the guidance of an experienced teacher, preparing you to teach it confidently.
Vinyasa, also known as Flow Yoga, is a dynamic practice that links movement with breath in graceful, flowing sequences. This powerful style builds strength, stamina, and flexibility. Once foundational styles are well established, you'll learn to create and teach your own Vinyasa sequences.
Explore the roots of yoga through ancient texts and teachings. You'll gain a deeper understanding of yoga's purpose, history, and spiritual foundation — connecting past wisdom to modern-day practice.
Learn about the Eight Limbs of Yoga from Patanjali's Yoga Sutras — a powerful guide for living a meaningful and balanced life. These include ethical principles, personal discipline, breath control, focus, and deep meditation.
Study the seven main chakras — energy centres in the body that influence your physical, mental and emotional well-being. You'll learn how to recognize imbalances and use yoga, breath, and meditation to bring harmony to your energy system.
Discover the power of sound through sacred mantra chanting. You'll learn the correct Sanskrit pronunciation, the deeper meanings behind the chants and how these vibrations affect your mind, energy and inner peace.
Practice a variety of meditation methods to quiet the mind, improve focus, and deepen self-awareness. Through guided sessions, you'll experience how meditation can help reduce stress and bring greater clarity, calm, and connection.
Discover the power of conscious breathing to energize the body, calm the mind and restore balance. You'll explore a variety of pranayama techniques, learning when and how to use each one, as well as how to teach them safely to others.
Learn how to apply bandhas (internal energy locks) and mudras (symbolic hand gestures) to deepen your yoga, breathwork, and meditation practice. These tools help enhance energy flow, mental focus, and inner awareness during spiritual and physical practices.
Practice six classical yogic cleansing techniques that help detoxify the body, improve energy flow, and promote inner harmony. Techniques such as Neti, Dhauti, and Kapalabhati are taught with step-by-step guidance to ensure safety, comfort, and effectiveness.
Learn the essential basics of how the body works in yoga. We focus on only what's truly important — to help you teach safely, understand the muscles and joints in key poses and avoid injuries in your practice and classes.
Discover how yoga can support healing for common physical, mental and emotional challenges. You'll learn how to adjust yoga postures, breathing techniques and relaxation practices to help with back pain, anxiety, stress, joint issues, and more.
Explore the yogic and Ayurvedic approach to food as a form of healing and energy. You'll learn the basics of a sattvic (pure and balanced) diet, the role of nutrition in supporting your yoga practice, and how mindful eating supports a healthy body and peaceful mind.
